Caleigh is definitely my kind of wonderful! She was attentive and so kind during the time leading up to my wedding, and her attention to detail helped us have a perfectly smooth day - not a single hiccup! Her coordination services during my wedding day allowed me to relax and enjoy all the events, and be present with my family and friends. I didn't have to worry at all, because Caleigh was there. She has a great eye for aesthetics and decorated beautifully while I enjoyed being out in the gardens taking photos. Anyone looking for a day-of-coordinator would be lucky to have her! (P.S. She's also magical - somehow she made it so that my wedding day was the one day of perfect sunlight with some cloudy cover, while the days before and after were rainy! Ask her for a sun dance before your special day!)

Caleigh is a powerhouse of a woman and there isn’t anything she can’t do! I hired her to help with decorations setup and takedown, but she did so much more! She was my unofficial coordinator, also helping with timelines, suggestions, vendors, and support. She has an amazing eye and creative flair. She is able to piece together each aspect and create a harmonious theme to your wedding that perfectly matches your personality and love for your partner. She even helped with bridal health prep! She was always a positive spirit, hopeful, and sincere. She is such a rare gem who’s in the industry purely for her love of love, and it shows!

Caleigh was absolutely wonderful for our fall wedding in 2020. Because of all the COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines we had to change our wedding several times, including 3 days beforehand. Caleigh was unbelievably understanding, helpful and flexible through it all. My heart was set a specific look and venue and when this was no longer available she found a new venue and came up with ideas to make it the way I had envisioned. Our wedding would not have been an amazing and memorable day that it was without her.

I met Caleigh while searching for some help with coordinating the day of my wedding. From the first emails we exchanged Caleigh was a wealth of information and so accommodating to anything i needed. Caleigh was always professional and available to hep whenever, including popping by our venue a few weeks ahead to get a good understanding of what to expect (and even the middle of the night before the big day she was able to take a panicking bride phone call!).

Caleigh was amazingly organized and so professional at our wedding. She went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. She helped the caterers get the food out, Made sure our DJ had everything he needed and assisted with making sure our limited parking didn't become a disaster. Caleigh even came early to help our family finalize the set up for our big day in our backyard. I could not have had such a smooth running wedding day without her, even though I hardly had a chance to see her every person she came in contact with had nothing but positive things to say about her, even our caterer could not believe how amazing she was as most coordinators wouldn't stay overtime to help out in other areas. 

Caleigh is very personable and professional, and she excels under wedding day pressures.  She is a wonderful person to work with.

Caleigh was amazing to work with for planning our wedding. She was able to take my very basic ideas and help turn them into an absolutely beautiful wedding! She gave great suggestions I would never have thought of, helped source vendors, and was solely responsible for our beautiful decor (decor rentals from her was very convenient as well!). Caleigh was a fantastic coordinator and let me really be in control of how I wanted the day to flow. I needed her services mostly as set-up and take down management, and day of managing, and she did just that! She took my messy napkin drawing of how I wanted the tables to look and she nailed it! She was able to coordinate some rentals for me, and assisted with pick up and take home of those

Caleigh was the most professional and organized day of coordinator for my wedding in June. She made my special day flow beautifully and was able to work well with all vendors. She took care of little issues so I could enjoy time with friends and family. She really took the time to understand my vision and then used her creativity to help decorate and set up my venue. Caleigh was always punctual and available for appointments. She responded quickly to emails and helped ease the stress of wedding planning. I honestly couldn’t have done it without her. Where do I even start. My wedding was no walk in the park, the weather did not cooperate which left much more then anticipated for set up on the morning of the wedding. Caleigh 100% saved the day! I honestly don’t know how she did it. She arrived extra early and worked her magic and once I arrived I was blown away! She knew exactly what my vision was and created it. Everything was BEAUTIFUL! I was a bit of a frantic, stressed out bride and had forgotten a few things (whoops) but Caleigh still made everything flow so smoothly and any issue that came up she just handled. Caleigh provided day of coordination services for my wedding on Salt Spring Island. While I consider myself to be an organized person, I really couldn't have pulled our wedding off without her. I wanted to write a review and thank you for the lovely Caleigh, without her our wedding would not have been all that it was. I really felt I needed someone there on the day that I could trust to create the vision that I had as well as someone who could allow things to run smoothly when the inevitable came up. Caleigh was exactly that from the very beginning, she was easy to reach and was a good source of information when I was at a loss. Caleigh met with us on multiple occasions including coming and doing a site walk through and attending the rehearsal, she also reached out to check in; this I really appreciated. On the day of the wedding, Caleigh did so much, she facilitated with the vendors, set up our cocktail and reception space, helped cue our MC, looked after anything that arose and needed tending to, and helped with take down and clean up and to be honest she probably did so much more but because I was so relaxed and in the moment it may have slipped past! Caleigh is incredible and I am so grateful that we had her for our wedding.

If your looking for help with planning any sort of event, Caleigh is your girl! She planned, decorated and hosted my bridal shower and did an amazing job. Very outgoing and friendly, makes everything stress free! I highly recommend her.
